Above Diamond is pleased to offer a complimentary resizing service within the first 12 months after your ring’s completion date, giving you peace of mind in case the size isn’t a perfect fit right away.
All rings qualify for one free resize within the first 12 months from the order’s completion date. Any additional resizes after this period or after the complimentary service has been used will incur a fee.
Ready-to-ship rings are also eligible for one complimentary resize. If a ready-to-ship ring (typically sized between EU 52 and EU 54) has already been resized, an assessment will be necessary for any further adjustments. Resizing options may become limited after the initial adjustment. We highly recommend that clients verify their ring size in our studio before proceeding with a resize.
Some designs, including eternity rings with full diamond settings, full pavé bands, and open bands, cannot be resized due to structural limitations.
We position engravings to avoid removal during resizing. However, in cases where resizing requires redoing the engraving, this service will be provided at no additional cost.
These guidelines are based on EU sizing for Platinum, Vanilla Gold, White Gold, Yellow Gold, and Rose Gold rings. For custom designs, an assessment may be needed to ensure structural integrity.
