At Above Diamond, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional quality in every piece of jewelry, backed by a Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty and protections under Thailand’s Consumer Protection Act. Each piece is meticulously crafted and undergoes extensive quality control to meet our highest standards.

Warranty Coverage

Our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty covers all manufacturing defects on Gold and Platinum jewelry from the date of purchase. Manufacturing defects typically reveal themselves within the first few months of wear. Issues covered include:

  • Porosity or surface pores in the metal
  • Uneven settings upon collection or during servicing
  • Chips or nicks in stones found at pick-up or during servicing
  • Rhodium plating stains present upon pick-up or servicing

If a manufacturing defect is identified, Above Diamond will repair or replace the item at no cost. Additionally, as required by the Act, clients are entitled to compensation for any reasonably foreseeable damages or losses resulting from manufacturing defects.

How to Claim Your Warranty

If you believe your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps:

Return for Assessment

You may bring your piece to one of our showrooms or mail it to us. Clients are responsible for round-trip shipping fees. For mailed items, please securely package the jewelry with all original documents and certificates, including the packing slip.

Assessment Process

Once received, we will conduct a free assessment to determine if the issue is covered by warranty.

  • If covered, we will refund your postage fee, and the repair will be completed at no charge.
  • If not covered, we will provide a repair estimate for your approval. If you decline the repair, the postage fee will cover the return shipment.

Please Note: Repairs or services conducted by any jeweler other than Above Diamond will void this warranty.

Exclusions from Warranty

All fine jewelry, especially rings, will show signs of wear over time. Our warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage resulting from accidents or misuse. Examples of non-warranty issues include:

  • Scratches, dents, and abrasions from daily wear
  • Chips or cracks in gemstones from impact or mishandling
  • Metal discoloration from exposure to chemicals or cosmetics
  • Prong damage caused by accidental catching or bending
  • Loss of gemstones due to damage unrelated to manufacturing

Our warranty remains valid only with proof of purchase and if the jewelry has not been modified by external parties.


Jewelry Care

To maintain your jewelry’s brilliance, we recommend removing it during hands-on activities and avoiding exposure to harsh chemicals. For Above Diamond clients residing in Thailand, we offer free annual cleaning and inspection to help preserve your piece. Contact us for more information on maintaining the beauty of your jewelry.

Client Rights Under Thailand’s Consumer Protection Act

As stipulated by Thailand’s Consumer Protection Act, clients are entitled to:

  • Minor issues: A free repair.
  • Major issues: After assessment, you may choose to:
    • Cancel the contract, with a refund for the unused portion or a reimbursement for diminished value.
    • Request resolution of the issue within a reasonable time frame.

Exceptions to these guarantees include cases where:

  • You received the item as ordered but later changed your mind.
  • The item was misused or used contrary to instructions.
  • Any faults were disclosed before purchase.

Above Diamond’s warranty does not cover wear from everyday use, neglect, loss, or unauthorized modifications.
