Our Lifetime Annual Care Package is a complimentary service for all Above Diamond clients, offering annual cleaning, inspection, and support to ensure your jewelry remains in pristine condition year after year.
To maintain your diamond ring’s brilliance, we recommend an annual cleaning and inspection. This service helps prevent issues, such as stone loosening, and extends the life of your jewelry. Our Lifetime Annual Care Package is available at no charge to all Above Diamond clients, reinforcing our commitment to quality and long-term care.
While our care package itself is complimentary, we kindly request that clients cover the shipping fees for sending and returning their jewelry. Please also note that any related import duties or taxes are the client’s responsibility.
For added convenience, you may drop off your piece directly at our workshop to avoid shipping fees.
Upon receiving your jewelry, we will conduct a detailed inspection, typically completed within five business days. Should additional services, such as resizing, aftercare, or minor repairs, be required, please allow an additional 2-3 business weeks. If more time is needed, our Client Care team will notify you promptly.
Jewelry naturally loses some of its shine over time. To keep it looking as stunning as the day you received it, we invite you to send your ring to us once a year for a complimentary clean. During this time, we will conduct a thorough inspection to ensure your ring’s condition and durability, providing peace of mind that it’s ready to shine for another year.

Jewelry, especially engagement and wedding rings worn daily, can show signs of wear. Our Lifetime Annual Care Package includes access to repair services at cost price, helping restore your jewelry to its original brilliance. If our inspection reveals issues such as loose prongs or signs of trauma, we’ll provide a cost quote for the necessary repairs.
Please Note: Our Lifetime Annual Care Package does not cover damage due to negligence, product loss, theft, or failure to perform necessary repairs. Such cases may impact the structural integrity of your jewelry, and any resulting damages are not covered under our policy.
