As each piece from Above Diamond is custom-made, we do not offer refunds or returns unless an item is found to be defective or damaged due to a manufacturing fault. Steps to Request a Return or Refund

If you suspect your item has a manufacturing defect, please complete the following steps to initiate the return process:

1. Contact Us:

Begin by contacting us through our contact form, and a team member will assist in determining the best return method for you—either via drop-off at one of our showrooms or by secure mail.

2. Preparing Your Return:

  • If returning by mail, please use the original packaging and include all accompanying materials, such as the packing slip and any stone certificates.
  • Wrap the item securely in a protective shipping package along with a copy of your invoice and contact details. Proper packaging ensures the item arrives safely and helps us process your return efficiently.
  • Please note that incorrect packing may result in deductions from any potential refund, as we cannot be held responsible for damage due to improper packaging.

3. Shipping Fees:

  • Clients are responsible for all shipping fees involved in returning the item for assessment.
  • If the item does not qualify as having a manufacturing defect, return shipping fees to send the item back to the client will also apply.
  • In cases where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Above Diamond will cover the return shipping cost, and any necessary repair will be provided at no additional charge.

Important Considerations

We ask that you thoroughly review our Lifetime Warranty policy before returning your item to understand what is covered under our warranty terms. If the item does not meet the criteria for a manufacturing defect, please be aware that any postage deposit will not be refunded.

Our experts will conduct a complimentary assessment of the piece to determine if the damage qualifies as a warranty-covered manufacturing defect. Should the issue be unrelated to manufacturing, we will provide a repair quote for your consideration. If you decide not to proceed with the repair, the client is responsible for the return shipping fee to have the item sent back.

Refund Process

Upon receiving your item, our skilled jeweler will verify its condition and accompanying documentation. This careful assessment process typically requires 3 to 7 business days from the time we receive the item.
