At Above Diamond, we understand that a diamond represents both emotional and significant value. To ensure you acquire the perfect stone at a fair price, we proudly offer our Diamond Price Match Policy. Should you find an identical diamond listed for a lower price elsewhere—whether online or in-store—we’re here to review and, when possible, match the price.
While we strive to offer competitive pricing from the outset, our Price Match Policy is an added layer of assurance. Just share the details with your consultant, and we’ll work to match the verified price difference. This policy applies to both natural and lab-grown diamonds, with some exclusions outlined below.
Diamond Price Match Policy Terms and Conditions
Main Terms
- Minimum Purchase Requirement: Our Diamond Price Match applies to orders over 100,000 THB (including both diamond and ring/jewelry) and does not cover loose diamond sales.
- Verification Essentials: To verify a competing offer, please provide:
- The diamond’s certificate number.
- A link to the competitor’s website or a published price.
- Price Validity: If matched, the price is honored for 72 hours due to the diamond market’s natural price fluctuations.
- Exclusive of Discounts: The Diamond Price Match Policy cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions.
- One Diamond Per Client: Only one diamond per client qualifies for our Price Match Policy.
- Verification and Right to Refuse: Above Diamond reserves the right to verify all information on the competing offer. Should we be unable to verify, or if the competitor’s price is below industry cost, we may suggest purchasing the diamond from the competitor. Clients are always welcome to work with us to set their chosen diamond into a custom Above Diamond jewelry design.
Additional Terms
- Diamond & Ring Purchase Requirement: If purchasing a ring, both the diamond and ring must be ordered together for shipping.
- Bank Wire Payment Terms: Price matches on bank wire offers must be paid in full by bank wire for the complete order.
- Before Purchase Only: Price matching only applies prior to completing a purchase.
- Publicly Available Pricing: Competing prices must be publicly available, not a unique discount or private offer.
- Availability and Stock: The diamond must be in stock and immediately available for purchase at the matched price.
- Currency Consistency: Prices must be in the same currency.
- Certification Requirement: Competing diamonds must have a GIA or IGI grading certificate dated within the past two years.
- Exclusions: Price matching does not apply to colored diamonds.
Exclusions for Additional Benefits
If you choose to utilize our Diamond Price Match Policy, the following complimentary services will not be included in your purchase:
- Lifetime Warranty
- Lifetime Annual Care Package
- Free Engraving
- Free Resizing
Non-Eligible Promotions and Offers
Certain promotional offers and time-sensitive events are not eligible for price matching, including:
- Rebates, gift certificates, product bundles, and “buy one, get one” offers.
- Sales events like Black Friday, “early bird,” “door-buster,” and other limited-time or limited-quantity promotions.
- Clearance, liquidation, or going-out-of-business sales.
- Loyalty program offers.
Above Diamond’s matched price is the final price after any applicable rebates, discounts, and promotional adjustments. Comparable shipping and handling costs will be included in the price comparison.
Policy Exemptions
Our Diamond Price Match Policy does not apply under the following conditions:
- In cases of typographical or pricing errors on our site or the competitor’s.
- For purchases intended for resale or commercial purposes; the policy applies exclusively to personal-use purchases.
Above Diamond reserves the right to assess whether the diamond listed elsewhere is truly comparable. We also retain the right to
- Decline price match requests,
- Amend these terms at any time, and
- Terminate the Diamond Price Match Policy at our discretion.
